Home Equity Line of Credit Sale – as low as 5.75% APR

Have you ever had your home appraised? It may be worth more than you think and the value in your home can be a key asset in navigating your financial future! The equity in your home can help with you with Debt Consolidation, Home Renovations, Tuition Costs, Medical Bills, and much more!

From October 1st - November 30th, we are discounting all new Home Equity Lines of Credit by 1.50% APR off! That means 15-year fixed rates as low as 6.25% APR, and a variable rate of 5.75% APR.

We also offer a “Mini” Home Equity Line of Credit, which has a lower fixed rate of 6.00% APR and shorter term of 3-5 years/ for smaller, less costly projects.

Your credit score won't affect the rate either, meaning our HELOCs can be helpful when times are tough. There’s also no application fees, no closing costs, and we’ll even pay for the appraisal as long as you complete the process and keep the line of credit open for at least 3 years.

We refinance as well, so if you have a Home Equity Loan with another financial institution and want to get in on our lower rates, we are happy to help.

This sale is only available for a limited time, October 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025, so make sure you apply before then to take advantage of these low rates.
